Whatever the role the focus is always to dig out the best stories and characters, build compelling narratives and deliver great looking and sounding TV shows.

30 years at the coal face of broadcast and corporate production has given Theo experience making premium docs, pop-docs, sports docs, fact-ent & specialist factual series for most of the major broadcasters.

Along the way raw and established talent has been nurtured, complex set ups at home and abroad have been produced and filmed, all while maintaining delicate relationships with key agencies & clients.

Then, when it all comes back to the edit to be honed, Theo's in his comfort zone, either shaping a whole series with a team or taking on the edit himself, either producer/editing or working alongside an edit producer.
